If, for any reason, you are dissastisfied with the supercollar®, you may return it within 14 days for refund of your full merchandise cost. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Please email returns@supercollar.com and include your name, address, and phone number; the product information--including the size, color, and quantity; reason(s) for return. We will issue a return authorization number and provide shipping instructions which you will include with the returned merchandise.
NOTE: The method of refund will be determined by the original method of payment.
