supercollar® | Limited Warranty

Bright IP Concepts, LLC (“BIPC”), manufacturer of the supercollar®, warrants each supercollar® against defects in workmanship and material for a period of ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. BIPC has sole discretion to determine whether the product is repairable or needs replacement, and will either repair or replace the product based on its determination.

Terms and Conditions:

•  This warranty applies only to the supercollar® and the original purchaser of the supercollar®.

•  Claims under this warranty must be made through the Authorized Retailer from which you purchased the supercollar® or the Warranty Administrator at BIPC who can be contacted at warrantyadministrator@supercollar.com

•  You must provide proof of purchase in the form of a copy of your original receipt or invoice showing the purchase date and name of the Authorized Retailer.

•  You must send the failed supercollar® to BIPC.  Contact the Warranty administrator at warrantyadministrator@supercollar.com

•  You must cooperate with BIPC and/or its authorized agents in their efforts to inspect the supercollar® and to otherwise perform their obligations under this warranty.

•  All decisions regarding this warranty are at the sole discretion of BIPC and will be communicated to the purchaser promptly.

This warranty DOES NOT COVER:

•  Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident or normal wear and tear, including but  not limited to, improper care and maintenance, chewing by a pet, or contact with rough surfaces such as concrete or chain link fencing.

•  Damage caused during storage or transit.

General Limitations:

BIPC’s obligation under this Limited Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective supercollar® in BIPC’s sole discretion.

Except to the extent expressly stated herein or otherwise required by applicable law, BIPC disclaims all warranties and representations, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, including without limitation, any implied or expressed warranties of no infringement of third party rights, satisfactory quality and merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

BIPC shall not be responsible or liable, in either contract or tort, and whether or not BIPC has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage, for any costs, losses or damages incurred due to loss of use of the product.

Modification of the supercollar® shall void this warranty.

This Limited Warranty is the only warranty offered by BIPC for the supercollar®. No one other than BIPC is authorized to make any warranty promise with respect to the supercollar®; or any other BIPC products.
